The Health Plug

The Health Plug is more than a health fair—it’s a space created for high school students to get real, honest, and empowering information about their overall well-being. This event connects mental, physical, emotional, and financial health in a way that feels relatable, supportive, and judgment-free.

Because taking care of your health isn’t just about doctor visits—it’s about understanding your mind, managing stress, building healthy relationships, knowing your body, and learning how money choices today can shape your future. When students have access to trusted resources and accurate information early, they are better equipped to make confident, healthy decisions for life.
