Dr. Christiana Skinner-Walker
Hi, I’m Dr. Christiana Skinner-Walker, Executive Director of Guiding Girls 2 Greatness (G3), an empowerment and mentorship program for young women ages 11–21. With a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and a strong background in education and psychology, I am committed to creating a safe space where every girl gains confidence, leadership skills, and sisterhood. G3 is a movement that ensures every girl knows she is valued and destined for greatness.

Olivia Collins
Olivia is a Clinical Social Worker with more than 11 years of experience in mental and physical health. She currently works in hospice care, providing compassionate grief counseling and support to patients and their families. Her background spans nursing homes, hospitals, dialysis units, and services for homeless and recovery communities. Olivia is also pursuing her PhD in Social Work at Widener University, driven by a passion for advancing wellness, empathy, and student success.

Nashae Harvey
Nashae holds a bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies and serves as an Executive Assistant in Training. She enjoys poetry, live performances, and connecting with new people. Passionate about encouraging others to embrace their potential, she lives by the motto: “There’s nothing wrong with being different.”

Saudia Durrant
Saudia Durrant, a West Philly resident, youth organizer, and education justice advocate. She brings 3+ years of experience with the Philly Student Union, supporting high school students in improving local schools, and has worked with the Gender Justice Fund to empower formerly incarcerated women. Saudia’s dedication to youth and community makes her a fantastic addition to our team.

Xavier Briggs
Xavier Briggs is a driven 21-year-old Realtor® with Keller Williams Atlantic Shore and a Business Management student at Stockton University. In his first year, he closed more than $1 million in real estate sales while also leading community efforts, including a Thanksgiving turkey drive supporting local families. Xavier is committed to combining business success with meaningful social impact and is a valued member of our team.

Anyea Brittingham
Anyea Brittingham is a Temple University graduate with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Management Consulting. She serves as the Financial Administrator at Penn Live Arts and is pursuing a Data Analytics certification at the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of her professional work, Anyea enjoys crocheting and has grown her self-taught hobby into a successful small business.

Revenue & Records Coordinator
Tamia Atkerson
Tamia is an Accounting student at the Community College of Philadelphia with aspirations to become an Auditor. While studying, she works full-time, manages her own baking business, and is a devoted mom. She is committed to gaining experience, expanding her skills, and growing in her profession.
