The BLOOM Project
We Rise. We Grow. We BLOOM.
BLOOM is a dynamic wellness group designed specifically for 7th–8th grade girls navigating one of the most important stages of their development. Middle school is a time of growth, identity formation, friendship changes, and emotional shifts, and BLOOM provides a safe, supportive space for girls to grow with confidence and clarity.
Rooted in empowerment and sisterhood, BLOOM helps participants build the foundational skills needed to form healthy relationships, communicate effectively, establish boundaries, and prioritize their mental and emotional well-being.

Program Schedule
Project BLOOM meets on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Each session is thoughtfully structured to include guided discussions, interactive activities, journaling, and reflection time.
Our Approach
Each session is developmentally appropriate, engaging, and culturally responsive, ensuring that every girl feels seen, heard, and valued. More than a program, Project BLOOM is a sisterhood where girls are encouraged to use their voices, support one another, and grow into confident young leaders rooted in self-worth.
