Responsibilities:

Lead strategy and partnerships around education

Oversee curriculum design and facilitator training

Collect and analyze basic program data (with support from coordinator)

Share outcomes with leadership, donors, and partners

Program & Curriculum Coordinator
Responsibilities:

Develop and organize workshop materials and schedules

Support facilitators with resources and logistics

Collect attendance and feedback from participants/families

Assist with simple reporting (surveys, participation tracking)

Facilitator & Success Coach
Responsibilities:

Lead engaging workshops and sessions

Build mentoring relationships with participants

Offer academic coaching, goal-setting, and college prep guidance

Track student progress and flag needs for extra support

Academic Success Coaches
Responsibilities:

Meet regularly with students one-on-one to set goals and create personalized academic success plans.

Teach and practice core skills like time management, organization, and effective study strategies.

Provide consistent encouragement and accountability to help students stay on track.

Offer guidance in college preparation, career exploration, and subject-specific tutoring when needed.
