Responsibilities:

Oversee data collection systems and ensure quality

Design surveys/assessments and gather participant feedback

Translate numbers into reports for staff, board, and funders

Provide recommendations to improve programming

Safeguard data privacy and ethical use

Program Data & Systems Coordinator
Responsibilities:

Analyze attendance, participation, and survey results

Create dashboards, charts, and visuals for staff use

Manage CRM/participant tracking software and train staff

Troubleshoot and maintain clean, accurate records

Spot trends that guide program improvements

Data Entry & Quality Assistant (Volunteer/Part-Time)
