They also provide clear reporting that supports transparency for funders, partners, and the community, showing not just what the organization does—but the difference it makes.

Responsibilities:

Oversee data collection systems and ensure quality

Program Data & Systems Coordinator
Responsibilities:

Analyze attendance, participation, and survey results

Create dashboards, charts, and visuals for staff use

Manage CRM/participant tracking software and train staff

Troubleshoot and maintain clean, accurate records

Spot trends that guide program improvements

Data Entry & Quality Assistant (Volunteer/Part-Time)
