The Engagement Team
The engagement team within Sistars of View plays a key role in building and nurturing meaningful connections between the organization and its community. Their purpose is to cultivate relationships with donors, volunteers, partners, and supporters by creating opportunities for involvement, sharing Sistars of View’s mission and impact, and ensuring that every person feels valued in their contribution. Through outreach, events, communication, and follow-up, the engagement team helps strengthen trust, deepen loyalty, and expand the nonprofit’s reach, ultimately fueling sustainability and growth while keeping the heart of the mission at the center.

Engagement & Community Coordinator
Responsibilities:

Develop engagement strategy (recruitment, retention, alumni/community ties)

Build and maintain partnerships with schools, community leaders, and families

Coordinate events, visits, info sessions, and small-group activities

Manage communications, outreach materials, and data on participation

Collect feedback from families/participants to refine programming

Alumni & Supporter Engagement Coordinator
Responsibilities:

Maintain alumni network, database, and programming (newsletters, reunions, spotlights)

Mentor alumni in becoming volunteers, ambassadors, or donors

Recruit, train, and recognize volunteers

Coordinate donor appreciation and engagement initiatives

Track alumni involvement, volunteer hours, and donor activity
